My name is Catriona Cross.
I have been a Registered Nurse for 22 years. In that time, I have specialised in Maternal and Child Health. I completed Midwifery in 1989. My passion to further my experience took me to the UK for 10 years. In that time, I graduated with a degree (Hons) in Community Health - Health Visitor in 1998.
Upon my return to Australia in 2000, I worked as a Child Health Nurse, a School Based Youth Health Nurse and later in Belmont's Mother Baby Unit for Post Natal Disorders.
I established Child Health Home Visiting Service in Brisbane in 2003. This was in response to mums/parents needing more time to explore a range of issues and find solutions that work.
My own family life has led me to the Sunshine Coast where I continue to offer my personalised Home Visiting Service.
